Employees' Annual Retreat
The Employees Annual retreat held last June 1 – 3, 2011 had 95.56% attendance. A total of 173 personnel attended.

Based on the comments from the evaluation, it was rated as inspiring and fruitful. There were also some comments and suggestions that the CMO should take note.
Ø Fr. Filadelfo Estrella, OMI was a good and effective speaker. The reflection guide was moving and helped them realize the purpose of their existence and value life’s experience among others. They recommended Fr. Phil as their retreat master for SY 2012– 2013.
Ø Groupings helped each one to share and value the community/family spirit.
Ø The venue was rated poor especially the room ventilation.
Ø The cleanliness of the venue was not maintained except for the grounds.
Ø Bus air conditioning was not functioning.

Liturgical Celebrations
Ø Class Mass
The first regular 7:15 AM Class Masses was held last July 5, 2011.
It was coordinated with both the High School and Grade School CLVE Chairpersons that mass sponsorship shall be as follows:

Ø Monthly Mass
Unlike the schedules in the past years, the Monthly Masses are now calendared on every First Friday of the month at 7:30/7:45 am and 10:00 am. This is to accommodate maximum use of the gym, so as ease the burden of the GSO in the ingress and egress of the set-up.
Ø Holy Spirit Masses
The Holy Spirit Masses for each sector was celebrated in the beginning of the School Year.

These Masses in the newly renovated NDGM Gym Stage were celebrated by the new NDGM Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Hilario A. Asilo, OMI

Ø Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Last July 1, 2011, the NDGM Community celebrated the feast of the Sacred Heart. 7:30 and 10:00 AM Masses were held at the NDGM Gym sponsored by the Grade School and High School Sectors respectively.
Also, Officers of the Grade School and High School Faculty Clubs and Colleagues in Education Officers took their oath of Office during the Mass.
The monthly First Friday Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament was held on the same date. It was attended by the fourth year students.
Ø June – Nationalism
The Sectoral Masses were highlighted with the employees’ wearing of the Filipiniana Costumes as observance of the core value for the month.
The Core Value was launched simultaneously both by the Grade School and High School Sector last July 4, 2011 during their Monday Morning Assembly.
The Grade School showcased a drama that captures the value of Respect to elders, peers and environment. While the High School made it in a form of a game named “Sapul ng Damers” which involves the whole sector in a survey to pulse their own way of showing respect to the environment, elders, peers and school facilities and personnel.
